We believe the best part of gift giving is the thought and intention behind it. Just knowing someone took the time to personally pick out something just for you. We decided to take that one step further and offer you the chance to customize your gift so it is as special and one-of a- kind as your loved one. Whether you are putting together a personalized gift for the holidays or a birthday, a wedding or shower favor, or simply want a soap made just for you, since you are important too! We would love to help bring your vision to life.
What Can Be Customized
Every custom order is a collaboration. Here is what we can work with:
- Scent: choose from our available fragrance inventory, or we can either source out a perfect scent from out trusted suppliers, or make a custom blend that is made for you and is uniquely you.
- Colors: We have a wide range of colors either on hand or that can be sourced from our suppliers to make that perfect shade.
- Added ingredients: Vitamin E (Tocopherol), activated charcoal, walnut shells, and boticancals all can be added in your cleansing bars.
- Mold selection : Either our standard mold, or if you have a specific shape or design in mind we can try and find it for you.
- Soap base: We have our standard, translucent(for more vibrant jewel tones) base and a goat milk infused base for our more pastel/muted tones. If you would like something different, let us know and we can try and find it for you.
What Cannot Be Customized
We want to be upfront so there are no surprises:
- Soap base INCI: fixed by our formulation; the core ingredients cannot be changed, These formulas have been designed for quality and your comfort and satisfaction.
- Exact color matching : While we will strive to get the color you wish, we can not guarantee an exact match. Colors can vary slightly based on how each colorant reacts with the starting material, fragrance and any other additives.
- Rush orders under 1 week: We understand you can’t wait to get your special gift in your hands, or into the hands of your loved one. However it is one of our core beliefs that we will never compromise on quality and any rush orders under a week would be doing that. That being said we may still try to fulfill the order if it is feasible for us to do so at that time.
Minimum Order
Due to the nature of production, with every item is handcrafted, we require all custom orders to be at least 4-6 items minimum. While we will more than happily accommodate larger batches we do ask that no order goes below this limit.

All pricing will be confirmed prior to production and ordering any special materials. An estimate invoice will be mailed out to for your approval with the estimated cost of the order as soon as it is feasible.
Deposits and Payment
Once an estimate is made, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of that estimate will need to be paid, prior to the start of production. This deposit covers any additional cost of materials that need to sourced and production time of any and all custom blending. A order agreement will be sent along with the estimate to ensure all parties are in agreement in regards to scent, color, shape and quantity of the product, as well as the estimated completion date prior to production. The remaining balance will be due and payment must be successfully processed prior to the order being shipped.
Lead Times
Below is a guideline as to how long a typical order could take from start to finish. However this chart is to only be used a reference and a loose estimate since each order is different and depending on the exact quantity, and nature of the produce can impact production times. Other factors that are out of our hands such as supplier stock shortages and shipping delays are unfortunate and while we try to build in a buffer to plan for those kinds of mishaps, we can not always predict them. But we will always let you now if there is any issues or delays. We will never leave you in the dark wondering what is going on with your order.

Rush Orders
For last minute gift giving or you had a surprise event pop-up such as bridal shower that you need a put a rush on the order, there is options available for an additional fee. These fees are added on to the total to account for increased shipping rates for next day or 3-day shipping and the disruption in the current collection production cycle. As we mentioned above, we need at least 1 week to complete your order and ensure that each product lives up to our quality standards and to ensure any items that we have to sources can get delivered prior to production. We value quality and your overall satisfaction with the final product over speed. Rush pricing is discussed individually based on complexity and current production schedule.
Photo Approval
To ensure your complete satisfaction with your order, we will do a prototype to ensure the quality will be up to our standards and the color and detailing is what you had in mind. While some colors can vary slightly by the nature of photography and how a computer screens and render color, we will do our best to get the colors as close to your dream color as possible. All photos must be approved and a order contract signed prior to production of the entire batch.
The Custom Order Process
Just so there is no surprises, and you can know roughly what to expect when you begin this journey into custom ordering, this is the process we use for every order. Starting with the inquiry form below. Once your form has been submitted, you will get an email back, typically with 1-2 business days, confirming your order and getting any additional information need prior to writing up the estimate.
Then we will send you another email confirming all the details such as scent, ingredients, quantity, pricing and estimated completion date. An estimate invoice with the breakdown and total cost estimate will be attached to this email as well as the order agreement to be signed and dated. A secure payment link will be included with the estimate and the final invoice for the deposit and final payments.
Once the agreement has been signed and the deposit has been fully paid and processed, material sourcing and prototype production will begin. You will get periodic updates as to the status of your order and any issues or concerns that may arise during production. An email with the photo for your approval will be sent as soon as the prototype is finished.
Once the prototype has been approved. Production will begin on the full batch of the order. As before we will email you periodically with updates and any potential delays or issues. Once production is finished. a final invoice with the remaining balance owed will be sent out. Orders will not be shipped out until this invoice has been paid in full.
